Is the Church broadcasting live?
This streaming video is available only during regular worship times.  Look at your watch. Does the current time match our regular service times?  You may be trying to view the video before we start broadcasting.  You can always press the F5 key on your keyboard to refresh your connection to the video if we are currently streaming live video--even during worship service times.

Do you have a Media Player installed?
This streaming video requires at least Windows Media Player Series 9.  If can also play with other media players.  It is recommended to download and install the latest updates for your media player for the best result.

Is the video loading?

Please wait for the live video to start. It may take a few minutes to load.  If the video is loading, you should see some notes about
connecting to media or buffering in the status bar of your media player.

Is Active X installed?
You may be prompted to load
Active X.  A popup message bar should appear near the top of your monitor screen if you need Active X.
If prompted to load and run Active X, please do so, it is required for almost all video on the internet.  Follow the instruction in the popup message bar to install and load Active X.

Is Silverlight installed?
Silverlight is a new plugin from Microsoft may be required to view this streaming video feed.   If prompted to load and run Silverlight, please do so..  Follow the instruction in the popup message bar to install and load Silverlight, or

The streaming video stops playing!
If the video stops playing, please refresh your screen (press the F5 button on your keyboard).
